📜 Game Rules – Nørrebro Klatreklub
Article 1 – Applicability
These rules apply to the lottery Nørrebro Klatreklub, organized by Nørrebro Klatreklub (hereinafter: Organizer) via the Loteraise platform. By participating in the lottery, the participant declares to agree with these rules.
Article 2 – Permit
The Organizer was granted an incidental gambling permit on 01-13-2026 by the municipality of København under number " Not Relevant ".
Article 3 – Purpose

Article 4 – Number of tickets and price

Article 5 – Participation
Participation in the lottery is open to anyone who has reached the age of 18. Employees of the Organizer and their immediate family members are excluded from participation.
By purchasing a ticket, the participant declares:
- To agree with these game rules;
- To agree with the general terms and conditions of Loteraise;
- To agree with the privacy policy;
- To have reached the age of 18.
Article 6 – Purchase of tickets
Tickets can be purchased via the Loteraise online platform. Payment is made through the available payment methods on the platform. After successful payment, the participant receives a confirmation by email containing the ticket numbers.
Article 7 – Draw
The draw will take place on 01-25-2026 at 15:15. The draw is conducted under the supervision of a notary or another independent third party. The results will be announced within 48 hours after the draw via the website and by email to the winners.
Article 8 – Prizes
The prizes that can be won are:
- Morning Membership (234x), value: €0.00
Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for money, unless the prize itself consists of money.
Article 9 – Prize distribution
Winners will be notified by email within 48 hours after the draw. Cash prizes will be transferred within 14 days after the draw to the bank account number provided at purchase. For other prizes, the Organizer will contact the winner for delivery.
If a winner does not respond within 3 months after the draw, the right to the prize expires.
Article 10 – Liability
The Organizer and Loteraise are not liable for:
- Technical failures or interruptions of the platform;
- Loss or damage to prizes after delivery;
Loteraise or the Organization is not liable for damage, delays, or the inability to (timely) participate in the game of chance as a result of technical failures, network problems, system outages, or other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of Loteraise, including failures at third parties such as hosting providers, payment service providers, and telecommunications networks.
Article 11 – Disputes
Dutch law applies to these rules. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
Article 12 – Amendments
The Organizer reserves the right to amend these rules. Amendments will be announced in a timely manner via the website.
Article 13 – Final provision
In all cases not provided for in these rules, the Organizer decides.
