Who can use Loteraise?
Any association, foundation, club, or organization in the Netherlands and Belgium can set up a lottery via Loteraise, provided it complies with applicable laws and regulations.
Is it legal to organize a lottery via Loteraise?
Yes. Loteraise assists with applying for the necessary permits from the municipality and ensures that the lottery meets the requirements of the Gaming Authority.
How can I participate in a lottery?
You can easily buy a ticket online via the organizer's sales link or QR code. Payment can be made via iDEAL.
How do I receive my ticket number?
After payment, you will immediately receive an email confirmation with your ticket number(s).
How do I know if I won?
After the draw, the winning ticket numbers are announced on the organizer's website and you will receive a personal message via email if you are a winner.
How do I start my own lottery via Loteraise?
Sign up via our website, fill in your organization's details, put together the prize package, and determine the ticket price. We will help you with the rest, including the permit application.
Do I have to sell the tickets myself?
Yes. Your team or members promote the lottery themselves. Loteraise provides personal sales links, QR codes, and flyers for each seller.
What does using Loteraise cost?
We charge a fixed monthly fee as long as the lottery runs, plus a small percentage of the ticket sales. Contact us for current rates.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We exclusively accept payments via iDEAL.
Is online payment safe?
Yes. Payments are processed through a recognized payment provider (Mollie) and always via a secure connection (SSL).
How is my personal data protected?

How are the winning ticket numbers drawn?
The draw takes place via our system under the supervision of a notary.
How do I receive my prize if I win?
The organizer will contact you to deliver or pay out the prize.
Do I have to pay gambling tax on my prize?
No. If applicable, the gambling tax is paid by the organizer.
