📜 Game Rules – Nørrebro Klatreklub


Article 1 – Applicability

These rules apply to the lottery Nørrebro Klatreklub, organized by Nørrebro Klatreklub (hereinafter: Organizer) via the Loteraise platform. By participating in the lottery, the participant declares to agree with these rules.


Article 2 – Permit

The Organizer was granted an incidental gambling permit on 01-13-2026 by the municipality of København under number " Not Relevant ".


Article 3 – Purpose

Article 4 – Number of tickets and price

Article 5 – Participation

Participation in the lottery is only possible by purchasing one or more tickets via the Loteraise platform. Participation is only open to natural persons aged 18 years or older.

Article 7 – Draw

The draw will take place on 18-01-2026 at Bragesgade 5. The draw is public and can be attended by interested parties. The draw will be conducted using a certified random number generator (RNG) that meets the requirements of the Dutch Gaming Authority.


Article 8 – Announcement of results

The results of the draw will be published on the Loteraise platform immediately after the draw. Winners will be notified by email within 24 hours after the draw.


Article 9 – Prize claim

Prizes must be claimed within 14 days after the draw. If a prize is not claimed within this period, the right to the prize expires and the prize will benefit the purpose of the lottery.


Article 10 – Liability

The Organizer is not liable for any damage resulting from participation in the lottery, unless this damage is the result of intent or gross negligence on the part of the Organizer.

Loteraise or the Organization is not liable for damages, delays, or the inability to participate (in time) in the lottery as a result of technical failures, network problems, system outages, or other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of Loteraise, including failures of third parties such as hosting providers, payment service providers, and telecommunication networks.


Article 11 – Privacy

The Organizer processes personal data of participants in accordance with the applicable privacy legislation. For more information, please refer to the privacy statement on the Loteraise platform.


Article 12 – Disputes

Dutch law applies to these rules. Disputes arising from or related to the lottery will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.


Article 13 – Changes

The Organizer reserves the right to change these rules. Changes will be published on the Loteraise platform.
